The D.A.T.A. service contract
The intention of the service contract that we offer is to provide preventive cover and solutions for all eventualities in connection with EDP. The D.A.T.A. service contract does not just include system maintenance, but offers a wealth of additional services:
Hotline, remote access and onsite support / user supervision / software updates / guaranteed reaction and arrival times / emergency services / financial benefits for products and services / system maintenance
If required, the service contract can cover the provision of replacement devices, ongoing virus checks, backup of your data to CD-ROM and its secure storage in a bank safe.
Hotline & online support
Our hotline is accessible daily from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00. If required, we can provide extended times, for example on Saturdays or in the evening. We guarantee a reaction time of 2 hours, a fixed arrival time of 12 hours and supported emergency operation in order to preclude downtime.
remote access and proactive system support
The XR-RIS, PACS & NET products include an integrated support mode, which provides us with immediate access to your database in the event of a problem, and by means of which we can operate XR remotely.
The scope of delivery of our software also includes our XR operation server. The XR operation server performs automatic system checks at regular intervals. This system check covers an inspection of system utilisation and the general availability of the installed products.
The XR operation server is responsible for the automatic execution of data security, recognises software, hardware and operating system errors, automatically restarts crashed programs and performs automatic database maintenance. In the event of problems, we are automatically notified by E-mail.
