The findings report function of XR-RIS manage contains statistical functions, which are meaningful instruments for evaluating the performance of your practice.
efficient controlling
The statistics help you to evaluate the capacity of your practice, the structure of your referrals and to give you an overview of revenue and how it is apportioned to referrals, insurance providers etc. In principle, it is possible to evaluate all data contained in XR-RIS manage.
Thus you have the facility of being able to encode your data according to patients, referring physicians or insurance providers, or by visits, examinations, services, cost or time. In addition to the quantitative evaluations in XR-RIS manage, it is also possible to generate qualitative results.

simple and complex
The statistics provide you with the basic requirement for statistical evaluation to give you a fast overview. Such simple evaluations are planned to answer questions such as "Which physicians allocated more or less referrals in recent months" or "How much money did I receive from insurance companies over the last quarter".
Indeed you can also handle more complex questions with XR-RIS manage. Questions such as: "How many 15/40 formats were used over the last month?", "What was the room/apparatus utilisation last year?", "What was the average waiting time of my patients?. "
XR-RIS manage also offers the feature of being able to generate statistics in accordance with diagnoses e.g. what is the carcinoma frequency in the case of patients over 40 with breast-related issues?"
Comparative statistics and graphic presentation
With XR-RIS manage, you can generate patient visit statistics and compare them with key figures for previous periods on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis. Thus questions such as "Did I get more referrals than during the same quarter of last year?" become easy to answer.
Graphic illustration of the data in the form of circular or bar charts can also be provided. XR-RIS manage statistics also support export to e.g. Microsoft Excel (TM), in order to further process your data there or, for example, to generate a series letter.
