The registration function of XR-RIS manage contains all functions to service patients quickly and efficiently.
quick and communicative
Thanks to being able to search patients by date of birth and/or name, it becomes immediately visible whether the patient has previously visited the practice, how often and when which examinations were carried out.
XR-RIS manage provides a reminder and alarm function by means of which allergies, personal details, anamnesis data etc. can be stored. In the case of a recent visit of a patient, the assistant is made aware of possible commentary on the patient.
intelligent & comfortable
When authoring patient data, there is no requirement for case sensitivity. Postal codes are automatically complemented by the name of the place, the insurance number and date of birth are checked for plausibility. In data authoring, you are assisted with selection boxes and smart text.
E-Card integration
In the case of E-Card Integration this input function becomes totally unnecessary. By reading the card, the insurance claim is checked and the patient data automatically read out and extracted to XR-RIS manage. Thereafter, only the examinations need be authored. The X-ray assignment can be scanned in by means of XR-RIS scan as is thus available to all work functions in soft copy.
simplest authoring of noted and examination data
The definitions of the examination can be freely selected, GKK association definitions, self-generated abbreviations or international codes can be determined. A descriptive text is useful for input purposes.
In authoring a new examination, the patient is added to the XR-RIS manage status list, from where the further stages in the practice can be introduced. By inputting the examination, XR-PACS (see page 20) automatically authors work lists for the respective examination apparatus units and sends them to these.
label printing and scripting systems
Labels, Skribor and preparation sheets can be freely designed in terms of data summary and appearance by XR-RIS manage. Interfaces for Agfa, Fuji, Kodak & GE daily scripting machines are also available.
